Eligibility for Return & Refund
- Refund is only possible in-front of the delivery man.
- If you didn't like the product or any issue on your end, you can return with delivery charge.
- If there are any damage or defects in the product itself, you can return without any charges.
- Refund will be delivered within 5 business days.

- You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For damaged or defective products, please provide clear photos & videos as proof within 24 hours of receiving the item.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
- DM us on social with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and provide exchange or refund instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue your exchange or refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
